We collect your email address for our use. Only for the promotional updates. We can send promotions and updates via mail on your mail address. If you don't want to get promtional updates on mail simply you can create a ticket via support but by default when you sign up with us it means you agree the terms and conditions.
By placing an order with SMM Junction , you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service weather you read them or not.

Private accounts would not a get a refund ! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMM Junction.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge back against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
Orders placed in SMM Junction will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.You will receive a refund credit to your SMM Junction account if the order is non deliverable
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
If you have placed order for big amount on any big account and after delivered if it get dropped we will not able to refill it, because big accounts could have issues and already having so many drop issues from the past so we cannot refill that. For example you placed order for 50K followers on Instagram and that profile has already 1 Million followers and after completed it goest to 1.05M but after it if followers drop we will not refill for it and you won't raise complaint for this issue. Also if order is less than 1000 quantity then we will not provide any kind of refill or refund. for any refill process your order's quantity must be more than 1000. For example if you make order for 500 followers on any account and after followers dropped we cannot refill at that time because profile must have drop issues from their past orders/followers.
Story related services are non refundable even if order got deliver half or less than the ordered quantity. charges are according to services
We always suggest you to use high quality services. It can be little bit costly but worth it because all social media platforms brings their update every month, every week too qand that update changes their algorithm of server/systems so if you use high quality services we will able to refill or refund after the update if any order bring issue. But if you're still using low quality or cheap services then we won't provide any kind of refill/refund because they made from bots and it can easily drop no matter if package comes with lifetime guarantee or 30/60 days guarantee if its cheap quality/cost service we won't give refill/refund. We don't mention this things to the description of packages because this things only can be mention at T&C page. Remember, We can do only refund if refill not possible with the current situation ongoing at that time. Refunds will be done according to the same cost which user spent at the time of order. But if user don't want refund but refill, user must have to wait for the situation until it get back fixed. Any user can't make pressure of instant refill, It can take upto 2-4 months as well.
We don't mention any estimated time in any package's description about the delivery but total estimated time is 24-48 hrs, if you couldn't get the premium account under this delivery time you can raise ticket about the issue.
